Job Overview
We are currently seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our technology organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with software engineering, QA, and IT teams to improve system reliability, automate processes, and support high‑quality application delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient application deployments.
  • Develop and manage cloud‑based infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
  • Collaborate with software engineering and QA teams to support development, testing, and release processes.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security; proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Implement automation to improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Support containerization and orchestration platforms to enable consistent application environments.
  • Manage configuration, patching, and environment consistency across development, test, and production systems.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure infrastructure and deployment practices comply with governance, audit, and security standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Ability to write and maintain OpenAPI specifications
  • Solid experience with the .NET ecosystem, including building, deploying, and supporting .NET applications
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server environments, particularly IIS
  • Scripting experience using PowerShell (preferred) and/or Bash
  • Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and deploying applications using Helm charts
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure‑focused role.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary range for this position is $100,000–$125,000 plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, and geographic location.
