About the Role:
Our client is looking for a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about women’s health, hormone balance, and metabolic wellness. This role is perfect for clinicians eager to practice highly personalized medicine in a concierge environment, helping patients achieve measurable improvements in health, vitality, and long-term performance.

You’ll work primarily with women navigating:

  • Hormonal changes, including perimenopause and menopause
  • Fatigue, burnout, and stress regulation
  • Weight management and metabolic optimization
  • Sleep challenges and recovery issues
  • Sexual wellness and intimacy concerns
  • Preventative and longevity-focused care

Their patients are professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders who value an elevated patient experience.
This is a fully-remote role!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth patient evaluations and follow-up consultations
  • Prescribe and manage medications, supplements, and wellness therapies within your scope of practice
  • Review and interpret advanced laboratory results and biomarker data
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, health coaches, and support staff
  • Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their health journey
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with EMR, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines
  • Engage in ongoing learning and team-based case discussions

Qualifications Required:

  • Active NV NP/PA license AND an active FL NP/PA license
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience
  • Experience in women’s health
  • Skilled at interpreting comprehensive lab results
  • Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), menopause, or perimenopause care
  • Functional or integrative medicine
  • Concierge, cash-pay, or wellness-focused practice
  • Interest in longevity, performance, and precision medicine
  • Comfortable in a high-performance, fast-evolving clinical environment
