Job description

The team is currently looking to hire entry level business development representatives to join their team as they grow. Their award-winning platform offers consumers a marketplace to book a variety of fun activities, from wine tours and water sports to skydiving, art classes, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls (approximately 65 calls per day) to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Schedule a minimum of 20 high-quality meetings per month, aiming for 2-3 meetings each business day.
- Present and promote our unique software solutions to potential clients, articulating the value and benefits of our marketplace.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, competition, industry, marketing goals, and objectives.
- Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow pipeline and revenue.
- Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Participate in team meetings and sales training to stay aligned with company goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a high level of energy and drive.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
