  • Facilitate individual and family counseling sessions to support clients through their unique life challenges and recovery journeys.
  • Work closely with clients to connect them to essential community resources, thereby empowering them to take charge of their recovery.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary to ensure client well-being.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external organizations and agencies to streamline services and advocate for client needs.
  • Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness of our services and promoting community engagement.
  • Contribute actively to case conferences, team workshops, and ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and the services we provide.

The primary focus of this role is on individuals dealing with substance use disorders, often compounded by mental health issues and socio-economic challenges. You will provide essential support to clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate the complexities of addiction recovery and mental health treatment.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of clients served.
Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in substance abuse counseling or mental health support is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and integrated service delivery models.

This role offers a salary range of USD 60,000 – 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives to recognize your hard work and dedication. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Health insurance coverage encompassing medical, dental, and vision needs.
  • Retirement plans with employer matching to further secure your financial future.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation days, personal time, and holidays, fostering a healthy work-life balance.
  • Ongoing educational opportunities aimed at professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Support for continuing education and licensure renewal fees.
