• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to understand the client's unique circumstances, formulating tailored treatment strategies.
• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized approaches, adapting them based on the client's progress and feedback.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA guidelines, thereby safeguarding client privacy.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.
• Participate in peer consultations and reviews, promoting a culture of continuous learning and quality enhancement within the therapeutic team.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment processes, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment.
• Engage in professional development by staying current with the latest research and techniques in mental health therapy and integrating this knowledge into your practice.

Our clinic serves a wide range of clients experiencing various mental health issues, primarily including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. We prioritize approaches that resonate with diverse cultural backgrounds and respect the unique experiences of each client. Your ability to provide individualized, empathetic support is crucial in helping our clients achieve their wellness goals.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrable expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, allowing you to customize therapy to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to foster therapeutic alliances.
