• Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed evaluations of clients to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to meet their unique needs.
• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, ensuring a customized approach to each client's care.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide comprehensive and holistic treatment for clients.
• Establish and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards mandated by state and federal regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions relevant to the mental health field, staying informed of the latest research and methodologies.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse client population facing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve facilitating individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, where you will support clients in navigating their emotional journeys and enhancing their coping skills.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years’ experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software applications.

• A specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, couples counseling, or substance abuse is highly desirable.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
