• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to effectively gauge clients' mental health status and specific needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, carefully tracking their progress over time.
• Provide personalized therapy sessions to adult clients, employing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique situations.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms for delivering welcoming and effective virtual therapy sessions, ensuring clients feel supported and heard.
• Respond to crisis situations by offering immediate intervention as required, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• A valid and current licensed credential as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
