• Provide individualized therapy strategies for clients through thorough assessments, evaluations, and personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients comprising individuals, families, couples, and groups, effectively addressing their unique challenges.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, contributing your expertise to the team’s collective knowledgebase.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to stay current on best practices in mental health treatment.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context.
• Solid understanding of legal and ethical standards to protect client welfare.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• A demonstrated history of utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Experience working in a community mental health setting is advantageous.
