As an LCSW with Healing Springs, you will:

• Provide distinct individual and couples therapy tailored to clients across the entire age spectrum, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized therapeutic approach.
• Maintain timely and detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and keeping an updated calendar for effective client interactions.
• Utilize our billing service to manage claims, conduct eligibility checks, and offer payment options to clients, ensuring a seamless administrative experience.
• Work effectively with a wide range of clinical presentations, employing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.

Our clientele includes individuals of diverse backgrounds seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, couple dynamics, and more. Your role will be central in guiding clients towards healing and personal development, utilizing your expertise to foster resilience and wellbeing.

Candidates are expected to meet the following essential qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.
• Active license to practice as an LCSW in Illinois, with a focus on independent practice.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills accompanied by self-motivation and professionalism in all aspects of practice.
• Competence in establishing and maintaining effective therapeutic boundaries while showing cultural competency in dealings with diverse client populations.
• Availability for at least 20-25 hours per week, with a willingness to accommodate evening sessions.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly desirable:

• Training and experience in couple's therapy and related modalities to enhance therapeutic offerings to our clients.
• A demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, with a track record of enhancing therapeutic skills.
