• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and mental health needs, identifying strengths and resources that can aid in their healing process.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, encouraging peer support and shared experiences among clients.
• Perform crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed to ensure clients' well-being during challenging moments.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment updates, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

This role primarily focuses on clients within the hospice care environment. You will work closely with individuals and families navigating end-of-life issues, providing therapeutic support, counseling, and interventions that promote emotional healing during difficult transitions. Moreover, you will be equipped to address the unique emotional responses that arise for patients facing terminal illnesses, ensuring they receive compassionate and competent care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Minimum of two years of experience working in mental health or outpatient settings, preferably within a hospice or palliative care context.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to connect with clients empathetically.

• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing varying mental health issues.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and methodologies.
• Experience in facilitating group therapy and psychoeducational sessions.

The compensation for this position offers a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by a competitive sign-on bonus.
