The role of Licensed Professional Counselor is uniquely positioned within a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to guide patients toward achieving their mental health goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated and holistic client care, integrating insights from various specialties where appropriate.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending relevant workshops and training opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and clinical knowledge.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele primarily consisting of adults seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to work with children and adolescents, providing critical interventions and guidance to foster emotional and psychological resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical counseling, with a minimum of two years of practice, ideally within a similar outpatient setting.
• Ability to show proficiency and adaptability in the use of digital platforms for teletherapy.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working with both adult and child populations.
• Familiarity with client management systems and electronic health record (EHR) tools.
