Start Date: ASAP Duration: Direct Hire Location: Hybrid; onsite Monday through Wednesday in Milwaukee, remote Thursday and Friday Compensation: $80,000 to $110,000 per year Technology: Provided by employer Job Description The Digital Project Manager serves as a critical member of the agency's Digital Experience & Technology team, leading complex website and digital experience initiatives from planning through deployment. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, this role ensures everyone understands priorities, budgets, timelines, responsibilities, and next steps while helping projects move forward successfully.

This role extends beyond traditional project management. The right person enjoys building long-term client relationships, works comfortably alongside developers, strategists, creatives, and account teams, and helps clients and internal teams navigate complex decisions with confidence, accountability, and good judgment. Responsibilities Establish work plans, project schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery timelines for complex digital experience initiatives Coordinate designers, developers, strategists, content teams, and client stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment Lead regular client and internal meetings, communicating project status, milestones, risks, budgets, priorities, and next steps Assemble, validate, and present project estimates, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with internal subject matter experts Manage multiple concurrent website initiatives while coordinating shared creative and development resources across projects Partner closely with clients, serving as a trusted advisor while balancing client objectives with internal delivery priorities Support new business efforts by contributing preliminary project planning, effort estimates, timelines, and resource forecasting for RFPs and prospective opportunities Support internal operational and technology initiatives that improve agency effectiveness Requirements Six or more years managing complex digital technology implementation projects using Agile methodologies Previous agency experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of developers, designers, strategists, and client stakeholders Strong client partnership skills with an account-service mindset and the confidence to advocate for both clients and internal teams Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent website or digital experience projects with budgets exceeding $100,000 Familiarity with enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platforms such as Sitecore, Kentico, WordPress, or similar platforms Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint planning, Jira, and Confluence Ability to manage shared resources effectively while balancing competing priorities across multiple projects Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills High degree of accountability, sound judgment, and professional presence in client-facing situations FUN.
