This position is designed to be primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a connection with clients through virtual platforms. Our outpatient model enables clinicians to focus on delivering care tailored to the unique needs of each client. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized, recovery-based treatment plans that ensure holistic care.
• Engage regularly with clients through telehealth sessions, providing therapies and skill-building exercises that foster growth and independence.
• Continuously evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities through evidence-based practices.
• Educate clients about relevant community resources and advocate for their integration into these services for comprehensive support.
• Document clinical notes accurately and maintain adherence to regulations and best practices while ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

Your role will focus on serving adults aged 18 and older who may be experiencing a range of mental health struggles. This population often requires assistance in managing their conditions, developing life skills, and accessing community resources for continued support. By employing a person-centered approach, you will guide them in their journey towards establishing stability and a fulfilling life within their communities.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of at least one current, valid state license from the following categories: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Capability to operate independently and without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Experience providing direct clinical services to individuals with mental health challenges is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are crucial for connecting with clients effectively.
• Basic computer literacy and availability of a reliable Wi-Fi connection for telehealth services are necessary.

• Experience in developing and facilitating treatment plans involving skill-building activities to enhance clients' coping and daily living skills.
• Familiarity with community resources in the Aurora, Illinois area which can benefit clients.
• A background in working with client population experiencing similar challenges.
• Skills in crisis intervention and management of behavioral issues.
