Position SummaryWe are a growing consulting firm in need of a reliable and skilled Senior Graphic Designer to apply graphic design principals and creativity to design projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing corporate design work by completing artwork illustrations from concept creation to final product delivery. We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible and confident individual with a commitment to integrity and the ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with minimal supervision.Position Details Reports to: VP Corporate DevelopmentLocation: Remote - USPosition Type: FTFLSA Status: ExemptPay: SalaryCompensation: Commensurate with experienceTravel: Minimal (5% or less)Essential Job FunctionsCollaborates with internal stakeholders to determine proposal messaging and themes and translates those from concept to creationManages overall direction of graphics function within Capture Management departmentOversees department graphic artist resources, assigns work, and evaluates quality of work productsReads solicitations and supporting materials to understand the work; engages with technical staff to create work flows, organization charts, graphics, and other visuals that tell the company storyCreates clear and compelling graphics to convey key ideas and branded messagingDetermines look and feel of proposals and other BD materials and develops graphics consistent with determined approachActs as a technical resource in the area of graphics and publication design software, hardware and techniquesUtilizes InDesign and other software tools for desktop publishing and graphic design and trains other team members in usage of these applicationsCoordinates with team members to schedule proposal production and printing, review of proposal deliverables, and coordinate shipping of final submission.Designs layout and graphics for brochures, signs, newsletters, presentation templates and materials, and other print media as neededMaintains graphics library and documentation on each proposal projectWorks with the assigned Proposal Manager and Technical SME to identify graphics support needs and level of effort and resourcing requiredEnsures work products are aligned with corporate brandingEvaluates materials and collateral used for client meetings and project deliverables (PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, etc.), recommends and implements enhancementsSupports Marketing department with design and development of corporate materialsOther duties as assigned.Minimum Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, advertising, or related fieldMinimum 15 years of experience in graphic designMastery of InDesign and other platforms/software for desktop publishing and graphic designMastery of Illustrator and other graphic programs as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and the ability to use SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
