This position is fully remote, designed to offer counselors the flexibility to manage their schedules according to their circumstances. Counselors will utilize our advanced therapy platform, which serves as a comprehensive dashboard for managing client interactions—covering everything from video consultations to secure messaging.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions with clients via video chat, employing therapeutic techniques aimed at enhancing their mental health.
• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to express emotions and experiences, thereby fostering self-awareness and relationship insights.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining their personal goals and developing actionable strategies to achieve those goals.
• Perform thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions while designing tailored treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care and outcomes.

Your client base will consist of carefully screened, stable adults with low acuity mental health challenges. This approach allows you to focus on providing high-quality care without the complexities often associated with severe mental health conditions. We prioritize matching you with clients whose needs align with your areas of expertise and demographic preferences, fostering more meaningful therapeutic relationships.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently in Florida. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a commitment to client welfare.
• A proficiency in technology and the ability to adapt to online counseling tools comfortably.

While specific experience is not required, candidates with a background in virtual counseling or telehealth services will find this role particularly suited to their skill set. Experience working with diverse populations is also preferred but not mandatory.
