You will collaborate with schools to assess student needs and provide individualized mental health services, fostering meaningful connections and promoting positive outcomes.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available support systems.
• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-focused therapy.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that outline clear goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide timely crisis intervention, assess risk levels, and develop safety plans to address immediate client needs.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at imparting coping strategies and resilience techniques.
• Document all client interactions and care outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards to maintain accurate client records.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in this role, you will primarily serve students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Your expertise will be critical in helping these young individuals build coping mechanisms, improve their emotional health, and thrive in their educational environments.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Sound knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and a track record of successful therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and assessment abilities that foster trust and rapport with clients and families.

• Experience working within a school setting or with youth populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration and community resources that support mental health and educational access.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and documentation systems designed to enhance remote therapy services.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus to support your transition into this critical role.
