• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and their families.
• Participate actively in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development, collaborating with families and team members to create tailored strategies for each child's growth.
• Monitor and document progress against established outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of families and children.
• Provide EI support to families, guiding them in implementing recommended strategies to enhance their child's development in a natural learning environment.
• Develop rapport with children and their families, fostering a trusting relationship that promotes a positive learning experience.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in developing joint plans with families, ensuring that all approaches are aligned with their priorities.
• Implement and evaluate IFSPs, recommending or adjusting frequencies of services focused on child development milestones.
• Engage in continuous compliance with all Federal and State regulations to maintain the integrity of services provided.

The focus of this position is on young children—specifically infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities. By working closely with families, you will help guide early development in areas such as cognitive skills, physical abilities, social-emotional growth, and communication, which are essential during the critical early years of life.

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license for travel when required.
• Exceptional skills in adapting to various learning styles while meeting the individual needs of each child and family.
• Excellent organization, time management, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team while demonstrating respect for diverse perspectives.

• A minimum of one year of prior experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• A demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Fluency in a second language is desired, as it enhances communication with diverse client groups.

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually.
