This position operates in a remote framework, allowing for flexible work arrangements that cater to your needs as a healthcare professional. While you will primarily work from home, you will be connected with our detox facility, equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate online therapy sessions and maintain comprehensive patient records safely and efficiently. As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and problems related to substance use, and developing personalized treatment plans in accordance with clinical best practices.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client requirements.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment information diligently in compliance with HIPAA and industry standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to provide coordinated and holistic care for clients.
• Engaging in regular case discussions and peer review sessions to share best practices, improve treatment methods, and enhance the level of care provided.
• Providing education and resources for clients and their families regarding mental health treatment options, ongoing care pathways, and community resources to support holistic recovery.
• Staying informed of the latest developments in mental health care, integrating new knowledge into your practice to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Managing an active caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective therapy to support their recovery goals.

The primary population served includes individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders. You will be working closely with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral disorders stemming from substance abuse. Our aim is to provide empathetic and individualized support to foster resilience and promote long-term recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical practice.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Virginia, demonstrating your competency and preparedness to provide therapy.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in delivering psychotherapy and substance use treatment.
