• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gain a thorough understanding of clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans utilizing best practice protocols and solution-focused therapies.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions adapted to the specific requirements of each client, ensuring effective treatment and positive engagement.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to all regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers to coordinate care and communicate effectively about client progress.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote the highest quality of care, sharing insights and techniques to enhance therapeutic practices.
• Educate and empower patients as well as their families about mental health issues, equipping them with tools and resources for sustained well-being.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, developments, and methodologies in mental health to foster continual professional growth and improved client outcomes.

The therapist will engage with a diverse range of patients, including individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Our client focus is on inclusion, allowing practitioners to advocate for and work intimately with various demographics, backgrounds, and age groups, providing culturally competent care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a specialization in psychotherapy being strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, with a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment and adapt to the evolving needs of clients.

• Experience in providing mental health support to a wide-ranging client base, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic practices.
• A history of engaging in continuous professional development and clinical supervision.
