This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while accessing a supportive team infrastructure. You will be part of an outpatient clinic that emphasizes innovative practices and evidence-based treatment methodologies, encouraging personal and professional growth.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual therapy sessions for pre-screened, low-acuity clients, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for sharing personal challenges.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, continuously adapting strategies as clients’ progress evolves.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes complying with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of other mental health professionals to formulate integrated treatment approaches, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Utilize effective communication strategies to engage with clients, facilitating a trusting relationship that encourages openness and engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance clinical skills, thereby contributing to the collective expertise of the clinic.
• Manage case scheduling and client follow-up, allowing the clinical support team to handle administrative tasks effectively.

The clients you will serve are primarily individuals and families from diverse backgrounds facing mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to adjustment disorders. Your work will directly impact their quality of life, helping them build coping strategies and achieve personal goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or equivalent credential.
• Proficiency in technology, with strong computer skills and experience using Google Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical counseling, with a focus on outpatient services preferred.
• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and an understanding of various mental health diagnoses.
