The Opportunity

We’re hiring a high-agency Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expand existing accounts.

This is a full-cycle sales role.

You’ll own:

  • Prospecting

  • Discovery

  • Closing

  • Expansion

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage your own pipeline (cold calling, LinkedIn, outbound email, referrals)

  • Run discovery calls with clinic owners, telehealth operators, and medical directors

  • Educate prospects on Refill’s multi-pharmacy model and pricing advantages

  • Close net-new business

  • Expand utilization within existing accounts

  • Maintain accurate forecasting in CRM

  • Partner with onboarding & support to ensure long-term success

  • Consistently exceed revenue and activity KPIs

Who You Are

  • 1–5+ years of SaaS, healthcare, or B2B sales experience

  • Comfortable owning a full sales cycle

  • Strong outbound and phone skills

  • Competitive, self-motivated, and KPI-driven

  • Clear communicator with executive presence

  • Comfortable selling into healthcare operators

  • Experience in telehealth, compounding, or healthcare SaaS is a major plus
