The Opportunity
We’re hiring a high-agency Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expand existing accounts.
This is a full-cycle sales role.
You’ll own:
Prospecting
Discovery
Closing
Expansion

What You’ll Do
Build and manage your own pipeline (cold calling, LinkedIn, outbound email, referrals)
Run discovery calls with clinic owners, telehealth operators, and medical directors
Educate prospects on Refill’s multi-pharmacy model and pricing advantages
Close net-new business
Expand utilization within existing accounts
Maintain accurate forecasting in CRM
Partner with onboarding & support to ensure long-term success
Consistently exceed revenue and activity KPIs
Who You Are
1–5+ years of SaaS, healthcare, or B2B sales experience
Comfortable owning a full sales cycle
Strong outbound and phone skills
Competitive, self-motivated, and KPI-driven
Clear communicator with executive presence
Comfortable selling into healthcare operators
Experience in telehealth, compounding, or healthcare SaaS is a major plus
