Maxim Licensing operates Maxim Competitions, including Maxim Cover Girl and other online competition brands. We build high traffic, consumer facing web experiences across entertainment, fashion, beauty, and creator driven campaigns.

About the Job

We are looking for a UI / Web Designer who can help us move quickly on polished, mobile first web design. This person will work closely with our product, marketing, and engineering teams to design landing pages, contestant experiences, voting flows, promotional pages, storefront concepts, and other web based creative.

The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, excellent Figma skills, and the ability to turn ideas into clean, organized, developer ready designs. We need someone who can take feedback well, move fast, and help us improve the look, feel, and usability of our competition platforms.

Responsibilities

Design clean, modern, mobile first web pages and user flows.

Create Figma designs, wireframes, mockups, and developer ready assets.

Improve contestant registration, voting, checkout, and promotional experiences.

Design landing pages, banners, campaign pages, and competition brand assets.

Help maintain visual consistency across multiple competition brands.

Review live pages and help catch spacing, layout, mobile, and usability issues.

Work with product, engineering, and marketing to take ideas from concept to launch.

Requirements

Strong portfolio with web and mobile design examples.

Excellent Figma skills.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and responsive design.

Ability to design polished consumer facing pages, not just wireframes.

Ability to work quickly, take feedback, and hand off clean files to developers.
