Duties and ResponsibilitiesService existing customers, obtain orders, and establish new customers by planning and organizing daily sales activities
Call on existing and prospective dealers, sales outlets, and trade contacts
Focus sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential dealer volume
Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information regarding pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through industry publications and networking
Perform additional related duties as assigned
