Key Responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and to support billing processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will predominantly include children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues that may disrupt their educational experience. By leveraging solution-based approaches, you will help these young individuals navigate their unique challenges, foster resilience, and achieve their personal treatment goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW-C license is mandatory for practice in Maryland.

• You must possess a minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a relevant environment, preferably with children and adolescents.

• Strong proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and therapeutic interventions is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
