• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients’ mental health concerns to formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Create, implement, and continually evaluate tailored treatment strategies based on the client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches specific to client cases.
• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with fellow treatment team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate holistic care.
• Educate and involve clients’ families in the treatment process to enhance support systems and foster a collective approach to recovery.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards in practice.

• A current and valid license in the state of Kansas, including LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, LSCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven track record of building rapport and motivating clients in a virtual setting.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, essential for collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling, particularly in working with diverse populations. • Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
