  • A Masterโ€™s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and fostering a safe space for therapy.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences, advocating for their well-being and mental health journeys.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring effective caseload management and adherence to administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a telehealth setting is preferred, as it allows for a more efficient adaptation to our practice's remote service delivery model.
  • Previous work with diverse populations and in community mental health settings will be highly valued, enhancing the breadth of understanding and practice within the team.

  • Access to professional resources that foster an ongoing learning environment, including mentorship and peer support.
  • Administrative support for scheduling and billing processes, enabling you to focus more on client care and less on administrative burdens.
  • A sign-on bonus is offered as an added benefit to show our commitment to attracting the best talent to our team.
