• Engage directly with assigned clients in a remote capacity, providing focused interventions aimed at addressing and managing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.
• Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance shared goals, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
• Cultivate and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients and families, demonstrating cultural competency and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Conduct thorough and developmentally appropriate initial screenings, assessments, and quality control checks, following evidence-based practices.
• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that facilitate access to essential services and enhance communication among clients, families, and all relevant providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as needed, ensuring clients receive prompt assistance to navigate challenging situations.
• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and ensure timely data submission pertaining to client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives aimed at improving care strategies and team dynamics.

In this role, you will primarily serve the student population within local schools, many of whom come from underserved backgrounds. These students may be grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related challenges. By working within the school system, you will play a crucial role in identifying their needs and providing targeted interventions that support their academic progress and emotional well-being.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on children and adolescents.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to utilize telehealth platforms and technology effectively for remote service delivery.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality consistent with professional guidelines and regulations.

• Experience working in school-based mental health services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, particularly those applicable to youth mental health.

Wise Mind Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
