• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams, addressing factors such as crisis management, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening instruments as directed by the clinical team to inform treatment approaches and support client progress.
• Collaborate with various programs to create and implement positive behavior support strategies that foster client engagement and success.
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation endeavors to maintain compliance and uphold the integrity of our service offerings.
• Serve as a vital liaison with state and local agencies, cultivating strong partnerships to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to uphold the mission of Optima Mental Healthcare Services and to optimize care coordination.
• Establish and nurture relationships with community organizations to develop collaborative opportunities that benefit clients and broaden our service reach.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Optima, you will work with a diverse population of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health discipline is required for this position.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license is essential for practice.
