As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of clients across various age groups.
• Conducting thorough remote assessments to gauge clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives, ensuring comprehensive understanding for effective intervention.
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that align with best practices and the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to coordinate holistic care and manage referrals effectively.
• Maintaining detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with privacy regulations.

You will be working with a varied patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clients range from children to seniors, and we prioritize cultural competence and sensitivity to individual client backgrounds and experiences.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure to practice without supervision, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note that we will not consider provisional licenses or applications with any history of disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in technology and digital communication tools used for virtual therapy sessions.

Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

• Experience in a telehealth setting or with remote service delivery models.
• Strong background in therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and establish rapport with clients.
