Remote Server Technician information

What is a remote server technician?

A Remote Server Technician is an IT professional who manages, monitors, and troubleshoots servers from a remote location. Their responsibilities include installing software updates, performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring servers remain secure and operational. They use remote access tools to perform their duties, allowing them to support servers for organizations without being physically present onsite.
