Strong Project and QA Manager with heavy Healthcare Payer integration experience

Experience integrating and loading data/components into care management or utilization management platforms

Title: Senior Project Manager (Healthcare Payer Testing & Integration)

Remote / Hybrid Schedule: 100% remote EST

Duration: 6 months + extensions + and strong opportunity for conversion to FTE

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience leading complex healthcare technology initiatives
  • Extensive healthcare payer experience with deep domain knowledge

End-to-end testing experience, including:

  • Test strategy and planning
  • Regression testing
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Defect management and resolution
  • Production validation and deployment readiness

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with responsibility for:

  • Scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies
  • Stakeholder communications and governance
  • Executive reporting and decision-making facilitation
  • Experience supporting interoperability and system integration initiatives
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and the business impact of large-scale transformation programs
  • Ability to gather, track, and drive project milestones to completion

Day-to-Day

  • Lead project management activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Track project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Drive governance meetings and support stakeholder decision-making
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing efforts, including Scrum testing, regression testing, and UAT
  • Validate business requirements and ensure solutions meet quality standards
  • Manage defect tracking, resolution, and production readiness activities
  • Partner with business and technology teams on integration and interoperability initiatives
  • Support implementation of a large-scale prior authorization standardization program across payer and provider ecosystems
