Your role as an LCSW will encompass a variety of important tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practices in mental health care.
• Utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation following HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory standards to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
• Engaging in multi-disciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive and integrated patient care.
• Participating in regular case reviews and clinical discussions to promote quality improvement and shared learning within the team.
• Offering education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with resources and strategies to navigate mental health challenges effectively.
• Staying informed on the latest mental health research and emerging treatment modalities to enhance the quality of psychotherapy provided.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients struggling with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will approach each client with empathy and respect, understanding the complexities of their situations, and targeting their specific needs through personalized care. Our patients represent a broad spectrum of backgrounds and ages, from children to older adults, thereby enriching our practice with varied perspectives and experiences.

• A valid endorsement as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy within a professional healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in solution-oriented therapy techniques and a strong understanding of evidence-based practices in counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery.
