Maintain a portfolio of multiple hardware and/or software technologies, products, and/or processes including standards of use, life cycles, and product evaluation and integration. Develop and maintain an in-depth pool of technical advice and expertise to provide information and guidance of the infrastructure assigned. Provide guidance and training to less experience staff.

Extensive knowledge of a variety of information technology products and solutions. Excellent research, customer service, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail. Good judgment. Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the IT organization. Ability to lead and mentor less experienced staff. For senior engineers, this role offers more than operations—you'll help shape platform strategy and long-term technical vision, translating business capabilities into scalable standards and roadmap initiatives.
Required Technologies:
• Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (On Prem & Cloud) XenApp/XenDesktop, NetScaler, StoreFront, Windows Server, Active Directory, HA, performance tuning, and security
