• Lead weekly supervision sessions for practicum students aiming for clinical licensure, offering guidance, feedback, and support in their professional journey.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Utilize a collaborative approach by working with other healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring they align with best practices and therapeutic advancements.
• Maintain precise and thorough client records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Continuously engage in professional development by staying informed about the latest research, methodologies, and techniques in mental health therapy.

This role primarily serves diverse individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to adults who seek empowerment and healing through tailored therapeutic interventions. The counselor will play a vital role in fostering resilience and personal growth within this population.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid state license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Current professional liability insurance to protect against potential claims.
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a mental health counseling setting.

We highly value candidates who have experience in supervising graduate-level practicum students or interns. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and approaches to integrated care will be considered a strong asset.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
