The accounting services include bookkeeping, virtual CFO, payroll support, and tax services. Through its accounting services, the Liguori Accounting team provides business owners with the financial insights and support needed to achieve their goals and focus on their business.


Liguori Accounting is looking to build its accounting team with smart and ambitious people who desire to help small businesses grow. The role will be focused on providing a foundational bookkeeping service so our team can bring valuable expertise, guidance, and operational savvy to business owners.


Performance Profile:


  • Will work with many of the firm's clients in an outsourced accountant role with a complete cloud accounting system (QuickBooks Online, Double)
  • Will code transactions, reconcile, and make month end adjustments to client accounts in QuickBooks Online
  • Will assist clients with QuickBooks Online as primary business reporting technology
  • Will facilitate preparation and processing of client payrolls, W-2s, and 1099s through ADP or Gusto
  • Will prepare and process sales tax filings across various states
  • Develop a strong, productive, professional, trusted advisor relationship with assigned clients
  • Partner with clients by understanding their business and industry and providing ongoing advice, insights, and support


Experience:

  • Degree in accounting from a 4-year college or university - CPA certificate is not necessary.
  • Proficient with QuickBooks Online.
  • 2+ Year experience functioning as the bookkeeper for multiple clients.
  • Confident running financial reports and providing analytics and other insights.
