  • Track, analyze, and report IMS performance metrics, risks, and trends through monthly critical analysis reports.
  • Support sites in establishing and monitoring IMS objectives, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to site teams to ensure consistent application of IMS requirements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, operational discipline, and root cause problem solving.

  • Audit contractor performance and ensure alignment with IMS expectations.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, including OSHA, MSHA, and EPA standards, and ensure management system alignment with legal obligations.
  • Demonstrate and champion safe work practices, hazard recognition, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
What You Bring
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, or a related discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience conducting internal and/or external audits; ISO auditing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, EPA, or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience implementing, maintaining, or improving ISO-certified management systems.
  • Training or certification related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 50001 standards.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence stakeholders across a geographically dispersed organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and document control systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, mining, or other operational environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of energy management systems, sustainability initiatives, or environmental programs is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
