As a remote position, our Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily work from home while providing services to students remotely. You’ll engage with schools, parents, and other professionals in a virtual environment, ensuring a seamless and supportive approach to student mental health.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources. Use this information to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy utilizing established evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused interventions.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes orientated toward students' unique emotional and psychological needs.
• Collaborate with educational staff, counselors, and other behavioral health professionals to create an integrated approach to student mental health care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services when necessary, ensuring student safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards as well as organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training programs to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices.

This position focuses on serving a diverse client population of students experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues. You will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing these challenges, thereby promoting students' overall health and academic achievement.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this position.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is required.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches that effectively address psychological issues.
