• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans that encompass crisis management, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment protocols.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of all required documentation, adhering strictly to regulatory standards and internal compliance protocols.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment and screening tools as required by the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our clients.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and challenges.
• Actively engage in all accreditation and licensing processes, ensuring that our practice remains at the forefront of legal and ethical standards.
• Serve as a liaison to external service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering relationships that enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Facilitate clear and open communication among all parties involved to meet contract standards while upholding the organization’s mission.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs and cultivate potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Pursue continuous personal and professional development through attending conferences and workshops, representing the agency at various state meetings and forums, and engaging in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Embody and promote the agency’s core values, philosophy, and principles in all interactions, serving as a model for colleagues and clients alike.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to align with strategic goals and operational needs.

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Frontier Counseling Services, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing emotional distress, substance use challenges, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. Your expertise will play a critical role in facilitating their recovery journeys and helping them achieve improved mental wellness. The nature of telehealth services allows you to reach underserved populations, ensuring that everyone has access to the mental health support they need.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Candidates must possess a valid, independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth settings and familiarity with evidence-based practices related to mental health counseling will be considered advantageous. Candidates with prior experience in developing crisis intervention plans and working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams are highly encouraged to apply.
