• Conduct thorough assessments of new clients to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to facilitate client healing and growth.
• Establish specific therapeutic goals with clients and systematically monitor their progress through regular evaluations.
• Maintain clear and precise documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges, helping them receive support through virtual sessions.
• Engage in professional development opportunities, including attending training sessions and workshops, to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with industry trends.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or possess a PsyD.

• Prior experience in a teletherapy role is advantageous, particularly in utilizing digital platforms for client engagement.

• Familiarity with documentation systems, insurance processes, and telehealth technologies will facilitate smoother operations.
