Securities Operations Analyst
Buscamos un Securities Operations Analyst para trabajar de manera hibrida en Miami Florida, con sólida experiencia en operaciones de valores, reconciliaciones financieras y gestión de acciones corporativas dentro de entornos financieros de alta exigencia. El rol demanda precisión analítica, manejo de plataformas especializadas del mercado de capitales y capacidad para operar con autonomía en un esquema de trabajo híbrido. Es una oportunidad para profesionales que buscan consolidar su trayectoria en el sector de servicios financieros con impacto directo en la integridad operativa de portafolios de inversión.
Responsabilidades
  • Analizar y procesar operaciones de valores (renta fija, renta variable e instrumentos derivados) garantizando su correcta liquidación y registro en los sistemas internos.
  • Ejecutar reconciliaciones financieras diarias entre registros internos, custodios y contrapartes, identificando y resolviendo discrepancias de forma oportuna.
  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de acciones corporativas (Corporate Actions), incluyendo dividendos, splits, fusiones y canjes, asegurando la correcta aplicación en las cuentas de clientes e inversionistas.
  • Coordinar con equipos de trading, custodia y contrapartes externas para resolver fallas de liquidación (failed trades) y excepciones operativas dentro de los plazos establecidos.
  • Monitorear y dar seguimiento a posiciones abiertas, asegurando la consistencia de los datos entre plataformas como Bloomberg y MarketAxess.
  • Elaborar reportes operativos y métricas de desempeño para la toma de decisiones por parte de la gerencia de operaciones.
  • Apoyar en la identificación de mejoras a procesos operativos existentes, contribuyendo a la reducción de errores y tiempos de procesamiento.

Requisitos técnicos:
  • Experiencia comprobable en operaciones de valores (Securities Operations) dentro de bancos, asset managers, brokers o instituciones financieras reguladas.
  • Dominio de plataformas Bloomberg y MarketAxess para consulta de datos de mercado, seguimiento de operaciones y análisis de instrumentos de renta fija.
  • Conocimiento sólido en el procesamiento y gestión de Corporate Actions, incluyendo eventos voluntarios e involuntarios.
  • Experiencia en reconciliaciones financieras de posiciones, efectivo y custodia, con capacidad para investigar y resolver breaks de forma independiente.
  • Comprensión del ciclo de vida de una operación de valores (trade lifecycle), desde la ejecución hasta la liquidación y post-liquidación.
  • Nivel de inglés C1 avanzado, con capacidad para comunicarse de forma oral y escrita con contrapartes y equipos internacionales en inglés.
