• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients manage stress and enhance their overall emotional well-being.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for clients to identify stressors, emotional challenges, and therapeutic goals, tailoring mindfulness techniques to each individual’s needs.
• Lead mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques during therapy sessions to facilitate self-awareness and emotional regulation.
• Organize and facilitate group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and building resilience, creating a community of support and growth.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and therapists to create an integrative treatment approach that supports clients' mental health goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, therapeutic interventions, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice, self-reflection, and professional development to continually enhance your expertise in mindfulness and therapy.

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. By integrating mindfulness techniques into therapeutic processes, you will empower clients to cultivate their emotional resilience and achieve their mental health objectives.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois is essential.
• Experience in the mental health field with a focus on individual and group therapy.

• Prior training or certifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred, although not mandatory.
• Experience integrating mindfulness techniques into therapeutic frameworks and demonstrated success in offering mindfulness-based applications.
• Strong communication skills with the capacity to establish a trustful, supportive setting for clients.

• Salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
