As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans using best practices and solution-focused approaches.
• Implementing a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to address each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols, ensuring that patient records are both accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team — including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians — to deliver coordinated care that optimizes patient outcomes.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to collectively elevate the quality of care provided and share insights on treatment strategies.
• Providing education and referrals to clients and their families about mental health issues, innovative treatment options, and community resources to support their recovery journeys.
• Staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and best practices, integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience, specifically in providing direct psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and solution-focused interventions.
