Job Title: Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

Location: Remote – Florida
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Position Type: Full-Time, W-2


Compensation: Base pay plus uncapped commission
Estimated Total Compensation: $46,000–$92,000+ annually, based on individual production

License Requirement: Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License or Florida 20-44 Personal Lines Agent License


Position Overview


Don D Dieu is seeking motivated, competitive, and customer-focused licensed insurance sales professionals to join our growing Allstate agency. This is a fully Remote W-2 position focused on selling new personal-lines insurance business. The position provides a dependable base salary plus an uncapped performance-based commission.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a structured virtual environment, receiving coaching, being held accountable for measurable results, and actively pursuing monthly sales goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Quote and sell Allstate personal-lines insurance products
  • Produce goal new-business issued items
  • Work toward a monthly production goal of at least $30,000 in Allstate new-business premium.m
  • Identify bundling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Explain coverage options clearly and professionally
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
  • Maintain accurate notes, applications, and customer records
  • Generate qualified life-insurance referrals
  • Support iVantage sales opportunities when appropriate
  • Participate in virtual meetings, training and coaching sessions
  • Remain available on camera during designated working, training and coaching periods
  • Follow all agency, carrier and regulatory requirements


Compensation and Earning Potential


This position provides base pay plus uncapped performance-based commission.

Based on the agency’s compensation plan, estimated annual earnings range from approximately $46,000 to $92,000 or more, depending on individual production.


  • Additional earning opportunities for eligible iVantage business


Compensation depends on eligible issued production, product mix, applicable commission rates, chargebacks, and the requirements of the agency’s written compensation plan.


Required Qualifications


  • Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License or Florida 20-44 Personal Lines Agent License
  • Previous insurance sales or customer-service experience
  • Previous Allstate agency experience preferred
  • Strong telephone communication and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently while following a structured sales process
  • Ability to receive direct coaching and performance feedback
  • Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable using computers, video conferencing, and customer-management systems
  • Must reside in Florida and be authorized to work in the United States
