What You Will Do

Join our dynamic team as an Area Sales Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving and developing Illustra camera sales across enterprise and commercial segments. In this role, you will deliver impactful technical presentations and promote the value of Johnson Controls' comprehensive video solutions to channel partners, end users, and consultants.

How You Will Do It
  • Support and grow Illustra camera sales within enterprise and commercial sales teams, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Deliver engaging and technically sound sales presentations to channel partners, consultants, and end users.
  • Promote integrated video solutions by articulating key technical capabilities and business value.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage opportunities, track pipeline activity, and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Own sales outcomes with accountability while upholding Johnson Controls' commitment to safety, integrity, and compliance.
  • Continuously improve sales strategies by proactively identifying challenges and driving effective solutions.
  • Foster strong partnerships by embracing collaboration and diverse perspectives across internal and external stakeholders.
What We Look For (Required Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $94,000-142,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
