Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients through empathetic communication and active listening.
  • Diagnose mental health disorders, providing accurate assessments that inform individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment strategies based on each patient's unique circumstances, preferences, and treatment goals.
  • Conduct regular therapy sessions, which may include individual counseling, couples therapy, or family sessions, ensuring that progress is monitored and adjustments made as necessary.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting a safe space for shared experiences and mutual support among participants.
  • Perform ongoing assessments of patients' progress, documenting treatment outcomes, and modifying therapeutic approaches as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists, making referrals when clients require additional support or services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to couples experiencing relational challenges. Our patients often seek assistance with mental health issues such as trauma, grief, addiction, and life transitions. By addressing these complexities in a compassionate manner, you will empower clients to unlock their potential, confront their challenges, and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications
  • A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly related to addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders.
  • Exceptional communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills to foster effective patient relationships.
  • Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology and electronic health records to facilitate patient care.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of practical experience working in a mental health setting, with a demonstrated focus on family therapy and relationship dynamics.
  • Experience with maintaining compliance in a clinical environment and familiarity with documentation standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and professional experience.
