• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns and treatment goals.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address individual client needs and preferences.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based counseling techniques and therapies to foster client engagement and recovery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest counseling methodologies to provide the highest quality of care.
• Document client progress thoroughly in compliance with organizational standards, ensuring all records are accurate and confidential.
• Establish a warm, empathetic rapport with clients, promoting a safe space for open dialogue.
• Collaborate with other mental healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive referrals when necessary.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and valid LPC license required for practice in Texas.

• Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth in the mental health field.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting, with familiarity in best practices for remote therapy.
• Background in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Experience with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health care.
