We are seeking a Mid-Level - Senior Operational/Trainer. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within driving distance of Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. The role requires 10-20% travel, both CONUS and OCONUS. A current Secret clearance is required. What You'll Be Doing * Develop and deliver training materials and "train the trainer" programs for technical prototype packages
* Provide operational support for the setup, use, and troubleshooting of equipment
* Conduct user assessments and feedback sessions to improve training and operational procedures
* Support scenario development and mission objective planning for training events
* Collaborate with technical SMEs, program management, and Government stakeholders
* Prepare and deliver training reports and documentation What Required Skills You'll Bring * Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/operational experience
* 7+ years of experience in training, operational support, or instruction within a DoD environment
* Experience developing and delivering technical training materials
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to travel 10-20% (CONUS/OCONUS)
* Current Secret clearance
* Must reside within driving distance of APG, MD
What Desired Skills You'll Bring * Experience supporting Army intelligence or counterintelligence operations
* Experience with scenario-based training and operational assessments
* Knowledge of biometric, communications, and media exploitation technologies
