Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at improving client outcomes:

• Delivering high-quality clinical services while developing and implementing individualized, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Conducting ongoing assessments to understand and adapt to clients' evolving treatment needs.
• Collaborating with clients to establish individual service plans that outline actionable goals and strategies for success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid state license, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• The ability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring a high standard of care.
• A clean licensing record with no disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in using technology and tools that facilitate remote counseling sessions, requiring a good internet connection and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
