Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that meets your needs and the needs of our clients. The role primarily involves collaborating with educational institutions and their staff to support students' mental health. Some evening and weekend hours may be required to accommodate client schedules, ensuring we meet students' needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop personalized treatment plans and strategies for patients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Maintain consistent communication with educational staff and other healthcare providers to create a cohesive care plan that supports each student’s emotional and psychological needs.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress against established treatment goals through both virtual and telehealth platforms.
• Assist in managing and discussing psychotropic medication adherence, focusing on patients’ experiences with side effects and the overall effectiveness of prescribed treatments.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans thoroughly in our clinical management system to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will primarily serve students dealing with a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. By providing individualized therapy and fostering a supportive relationship, you will play a crucial role in helping these students achieve their academic and personal potential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas, allowing for independent practice.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a licensed therapist, demonstrating the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in school settings or with adolescent populations is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and telehealth best practices is a plus.
• Background in crisis intervention and family therapy can strengthen applications.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus eligibility. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
