The Technical Specialist EcoSys is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the EcoSys software platform. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop custom solutions, and ensure the platform operates efficiently. The specialist will also provide training, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Setup and configure the EcoSys platform for clients.
- Customize Ecosys modules to meet client specifications and business requirements.
- Integrate EcoSys with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using EcoSys tools.
